How long will it take to get my package?
After your order has been shipped, the estimated delivery time is 2 to 5 days.
For the Netherlands and Belgium. Order before 17:00 will be shipped the same day.

What is your return policy?
If you would like to return your order, we kindly ask you to contact info@bacera.nl. Here you will receive the return instructions you need within 24 hours.
You can return your product up to 14 days after placing the order. All products that you return must meet the return conditions, if: no signs of use, accessories are still included and packaging intact.
What do I have to do to cancel my order?
If you want to cancel your order, please email us as soon as possible on info@bacera.nl. We will make every effort to accommodate your request. In some cases we will be unable to cancel orders, such as orders that already shipped.
When can I expect my refund?
Once your returned item is received and inspected, you will be notified via an email. You will also be informed about the approval or rejection of your refund request. If approved, the refund request will be processed within 5 - 7 working days after approval.
